Back in early 08'-09' Keri Hilson was beginning to make her mark as an R&B singer in the music industry. As things went well for Keri she was accused of dissing Beyoncé on the 'Turnin' Me On' remix.
“Your vision cloudy if you think that you the best, You can dance, she can sing, but need to move it to the left,” she sings.
"She need to go have some babies, She needs to sit down, she fadin’, Go ‘head and tell them folks how long I been writing your songs, I been puttin you on, just check the credits.”
The lyrics sent fans and the media into an uproar and Keri's social media life really hasn't been the same since.
In an interview with Revolt TV super producer Timbaland revealed he and Keri collaborated on a song, 'sorry', dedicated to his fall out with Jay-z and Keri explaining her situation with Beyoncé.
"I got this one song that I did with Keri on my album called ‘Sorry,’ and Keri actually tells the story about the whole Beyoncé thing and how she was sorry about it because she wasn’t really talking about Beyoncé but other people."
The song will appear on Timbaland’s upcoming album Shock Value 3.
