After taking twitter hostage with a lengthy Q&A interacting with his fans, Jay-z pulled the unexpected again releasing a highly anticipated track, 'Dead Presidents 3'. 

The track had leaked back in 2007 and Hov made the call to have his producer(s) Young Guru and JustBlaze to release the track in full. Listen below.
